GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Rapido 100 unbleached is a strong patent flour produced from the top milling grades of hard red spring wheat and is enriched to meet the requirements of the Food and Drug regulations.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
The very fast dough development time coupled with the special oxidation allow bakers to significantly reduce the production time of various bread types. Being an unbleached flour, the finished baked goods will retain the natural off white colouration.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, amylase and/or malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, L-cysteine hydrochloride, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
