Peach Pastry AS is a bleached second patent wheat flour milled from the top milling grades of soft white wheat and is enriched to meet Canadian government regulations.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
Can be used in formula where an all-purpose flour is used for a more tender cake and a brighter crumb colour.
