Tulip is an unbleached second patent flour milled from the top grades of soft white wheat which is enriched to meet government regulations.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
A pastry flour with a higher protein for greater strength and lower cookie spread. This higher protein and gluten strength will yield crackers that have higher oven spring and an open structure versus a pastry flour that is lower in protein.
