Equipment:
Mixer: 4 Speed upright with a paddle attachment.
Preparations:

Add the cookie mix and water to the bowl. Mix for 1-½ minutes on low speed. When adding ingredients such as Raisin, add in the last 15 seconds of mixing.
Deposit Cookie Dough onto paper lined baking trays.
Bake at 190°C (3 75°F) in a Conventional Oven for approximately 12 minutes.
In a Rack Oven at 182°C (360°F) for 12-15 minutes.
Or in a Convection Oven at 162° (325°F) for approximately 12-15 minutes with fan on low speed (if available).
Various ingredients can be added for variety including Cranberries, Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Chunks, Raisins and Nut products. |
