Equipment:
Mixer: 4 Speed upright with paddle attachment.
Preparations:
1. Place water and lemon into the mixing bowl. Add the NSA muffin mix.
2. Mix for 1 minute on 2nd speed. Scrape bowl and paddle.
3. Mix a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed. |

Fold the blueberries into the muffin batter in the last 20 seconds of mixing.
Deposit into paper lined muffin loaf pans.
Garnish with Blueberries.
Bake at 204°C (400°F) in a conventional reel oven or 188°C (370°F) in a rack oven for approximately 25 minutes depending on size.
Note: Any inclusions added to this product should not include sugar. |
