Equipment: 
Mixer: 4 Speed up right with paddle attachment.

Preparations: 

1.Place all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl.

2.Mix together on 2nd speed for 2 minutes.


Deposit all of the mixture onto a paper lined 26 x 18 baking tray.

Bake at 325°F in a Convection oven on low fan for approximately 20 minutes. In a regular oven at (370F) for 20 minutes, Let cool thoroughly before cutting into desired sizes.

When cool cut into 2” x 2” squares weighing 84g (3oz).
