Equipment:
Mixer: 3 Speed upright with whip attachment or mix by hand with a wire whip.
Preparations:
1.Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix for 1½ minutes on low speed. If mixing by hand, mix vigorously for 2 minutes.
2.Let the batter sit for 10 minutes, mix gently for 30 seconds. |

Pour batter onto a lightly greased waffle iron and cook to desired time. |
