Equipment: 
Mixer: 3 Speed up right with paddle attachment.

Preparations: 

Preparations:

1.Place the tea biscuit mix into the mixing bowl, add the water and mix on 1st speed for 1 minute. Over mixing will cause the tea biscuit to be tough and dry.

2.Add any inclusions in the last 20 seconds of mixing.


Let the tea biscuit rest for 15 minutes before make up.

Deposit with an ice cream scoop onto paper lined baking trays.

Bake at 162˚C (325°F) in a Convection oven on low fan for 8 minutes, turn pan. Bake a further 8 minutes.

Bake in a regular conventional oven at 204˚C (400˚F) for approximately 15-16 minutes
