Equipment: 
Mixer: 4 Speed up right with paddle attachment.

Preparations: 

1.Place the water into the mixing bowl, add the muffin mix and blend on 2nd speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl and paddle.

2.Mix a further 3 minutes on 2nd speed.

3.Add the sliced Raspberry in the last 20 seconds of mixing


Deposit into lightly greased & paper lined muffin pans

Garnish with butter streusel

Bake at 325°F in a Convection oven on low fan for 10 minutes. Turn the pan. Bake a further 15 minutes.

Bake in a conventional reel oven at 198˚C (390˚F) for approximately 25 minutes
